Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XpHttpUpLoad.dll
2.Extract XpHttpUpLoad.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XpHttpUpLoad.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XpHttpUpLoad.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XpHttpUpLoad.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XpHttpUpLoad.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XpHttpUpLoad.dll and press Enter.
