Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xcapbrwsd.dll
2.Extract xcapbrwsd.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract xcapbrwsd.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xcapbrwsd.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xcapbrwsd.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xcapbrwsd.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xcapbrwsd.dll and press Enter.
