Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xptydv.dll
2.Extract xptydv.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract xptydv.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xptydv.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xptydv.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xptydv.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xptydv.dll and press Enter.
