Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xrxe1um.dll
2.Extract xrxe1um.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract xrxe1um.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xrxe1um.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xrxe1um.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xrxe1um.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xrxe1um.dll and press Enter.
