Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xyq.dll
2.Extract xyq.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract xyq.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xyq.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xyq.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xyq.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xyq.dll and press Enter.
