Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XCPCSync.dll
2.Extract XCPCSync.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XCPCSync.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XCPCSync.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XCPCSync.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XCPCSync.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XCPCSync.dll and press Enter.
