Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XLUIToolkit.dll
2.Extract XLUIToolkit.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XLUIToolkit.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XLUIToolkit.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XLUIToolkit.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XLUIToolkit.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XLUIToolkit.dll and press Enter.
