Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XMLGeoSysParser.dll
2.Extract XMLGeoSysParser.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XMLGeoSysParser.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XMLGeoSysParser.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XMLGeoSysParser.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XMLGeoSysParser.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XMLGeoSysParser.dll and press Enter.
