Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XMPConfigMgr.dll
2.Extract XMPConfigMgr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XMPConfigMgr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XMPConfigMgr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XMPConfigMgr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XMPConfigMgr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XMPConfigMgr.dll and press Enter.
