Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XT4100Libd.dll wei
2.Extract XT4100Libd.dll wei from .zip. We recommend that you extract XT4100Libd.dll wei to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XT4100Libd.dll wei.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XT4100Libd.dll wei to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XT4100Libd.dll wei in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XT4100Libd.dll wei and press Enter.
