Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XTP8600Libd.dll
2.Extract XTP8600Libd.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XTP8600Libd.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XTP8600Libd.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XTP8600Libd.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XTP8600Libd.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XTP8600Libd.dll and press Enter.
