Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XTP8700Lib.dll
2.Extract XTP8700Lib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XTP8700Lib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XTP8700Lib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XTP8700Lib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XTP8700Lib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XTP8700Lib.dll and press Enter.
