Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XercesHelper.dll
2.Extract XercesHelper.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XercesHelper.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XercesHelper.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XercesHelper.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XercesHelper.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XercesHelper.dll and press Enter.
