Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XinZhongDaSe10ORA.dll
2.Extract XinZhongDaSe10ORA.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XinZhongDaSe10ORA.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XinZhongDaSe10ORA.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XinZhongDaSe10ORA.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XinZhongDaSe10ORA.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XinZhongDaSe10ORA.dll and press Enter.
