Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XingWang.dll
2.Extract XingWang.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XingWang.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XingWang.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XingWang.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XingWang.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XingWang.dll and press Enter.
