Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xSCL.dll wei
2.Extract xSCL.dll wei from .zip. We recommend that you extract xSCL.dll wei to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xSCL.dll wei.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xSCL.dll wei to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xSCL.dll wei in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xSCL.dll wei and press Enter.
