Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xTouch32ex.dll
2.Extract xTouch32ex.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract xTouch32ex.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xTouch32ex.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xTouch32ex.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xTouch32ex.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xTouch32ex.dll and press Enter.
