Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xgicom.dll
2.Extract xgicom.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract xgicom.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xgicom.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xgicom.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xgicom.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xgicom.dll and press Enter.
