Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xircom.dll wei
2.Extract xircom.dll wei from .zip. We recommend that you extract xircom.dll wei to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xircom.dll wei.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xircom.dll wei to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xircom.dll wei in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xircom.dll wei and press Enter.
