Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xlspread.com.dll wei
2.Extract xlspread.com.dll wei from .zip. We recommend that you extract xlspread.com.dll wei to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xlspread.com.dll wei.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xlspread.com.dll wei to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xlspread.com.dll wei in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xlspread.com.dll wei and press Enter.
