Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xslisapi2.dll wei
2.Extract xslisapi2.dll wei from .zip. We recommend that you extract xslisapi2.dll wei to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xslisapi2.dll wei.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xslisapi2.dll wei to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xslisapi2.dll wei in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xslisapi2.dll wei and press Enter.
