Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xsyc.dll
2.Extract xsyc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract xsyc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xsyc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xsyc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xsyc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xsyc.dll and press Enter.
