Using the zip or rar file 1.Download HNetCore.dll
2.Extract HNetCore.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract HNetCore.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HNetCore.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HNetCore.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HNetCore.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HNetCore.dll and press Enter.
