Using the zip or rar file 1.Download HTTPEncoder.dll 2.00.0168
2.Extract HTTPEncoder.dll 2.00.0168 from .zip. We recommend that you extract HTTPEncoder.dll 2.00.0168 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HTTPEncoder.dll 2.00.0168.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HTTPEncoder.dll 2.00.0168 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HTTPEncoder.dll 2.00.0168 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HTTPEncoder.dll 2.00.0168 and press Enter.
