Using the zip or rar file 1.Download h245ws.dll 4.0.0.1368
2.Extract h245ws.dll 4.0.0.1368 from .zip. We recommend that you extract h245ws.dll 4.0.0.1368 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting h245ws.dll 4.0.0.1368.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract h245ws.dll 4.0.0.1368 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place h245ws.dll 4.0.0.1368 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 h245ws.dll 4.0.0.1368 and press Enter.
