Using the zip or rar file 1.Download hpgt21tk.dll
2.Extract hpgt21tk.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpgt21tk.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpgt21tk.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpgt21tk.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpgt21tk.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpgt21tk.dll and press Enter.
