Using the zip or rar file 1.Download HookNtos.dll
2.Extract HookNtos.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract HookNtos.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HookNtos.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HookNtos.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HookNtos.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HookNtos.dll and press Enter.
