Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HotMeter.DAL.dll
2.Extract HotMeter.DAL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract HotMeter.DAL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HotMeter.DAL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HotMeter.DAL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HotMeter.DAL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HotMeter.DAL.dll and press Enter.
