Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ho0isxkc.dll
2.Extract ho0isxkc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ho0isxkc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ho0isxkc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ho0isxkc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ho0isxkc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ho0isxkc.dll and press Enter.
