Using the zip or rar file 1.Download hpinkcoi5412.dll
2.Extract hpinkcoi5412.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpinkcoi5412.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpinkcoi5412.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpinkcoi5412.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpinkcoi5412.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpinkcoi5412.dll and press Enter.
