Using the zip or rar file 1.Download hpmdp112.dll
2.Extract hpmdp112.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpmdp112.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpmdp112.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpmdp112.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpmdp112.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpmdp112.dll and press Enter.
