Using the zip or rar file 1.Download httputils.dll
2.Extract httputils.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract httputils.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting httputils.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract httputils.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place httputils.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 httputils.dll and press Enter.
