Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KBDSYR1.DLL 6.0.6000
2.Extract KBDSYR1.DLL 6.0.6000 from .zip. We recommend that you extract KBDSYR1.DLL 6.0.6000 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KBDSYR1.DLL 6.0.6000.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KBDSYR1.DLL 6.0.6000 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KBDSYR1.DLL 6.0.6000 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KBDSYR1.DLL 6.0.6000 and press Enter.
