Using the zip or rar file 1.Download KSndStr.dll 1.0.1.2
2.Extract KSndStr.dll 1.0.1.2 from .zip. We recommend that you extract KSndStr.dll 1.0.1.2 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KSndStr.dll 1.0.1.2.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KSndStr.dll 1.0.1.2 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KSndStr.dll 1.0.1.2 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KSndStr.dll 1.0.1.2 and press Enter.
