Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KKPhix1.dll
2.Extract KKPhix1.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract KKPhix1.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KKPhix1.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KKPhix1.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KKPhix1.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KKPhix1.dll and press Enter.
