Using the zip or rar file 1.Download kb3JdR.dll
2.Extract kb3JdR.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract kb3JdR.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting kb3JdR.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract kb3JdR.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place kb3JdR.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 kb3JdR.dll and press Enter.
