Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ScrBlock.dll 1,1,0,1268
2.Extract ScrBlock.dll 1,1,0,1268 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ScrBlock.dll 1,1,0,1268 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ScrBlock.dll 1,1,0,1268.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ScrBlock.dll 1,1,0,1268 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ScrBlock.dll 1,1,0,1268 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ScrBlock.dll 1,1,0,1268 and press Enter.
