Using the zip or rar file 1.Download s3v.dll 4.3.0.2030
2.Extract s3v.dll 4.3.0.2030 from .zip. We recommend that you extract s3v.dll 4.3.0.2030 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting s3v.dll 4.3.0.2030.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract s3v.dll 4.3.0.2030 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place s3v.dll 4.3.0.2030 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 s3v.dll 4.3.0.2030 and press Enter.
