Using the zip or rar file 1.Download scui.dll 5,0,0,3
2.Extract scui.dll 5,0,0,3 from .zip. We recommend that you extract scui.dll 5,0,0,3 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting scui.dll 5,0,0,3.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract scui.dll 5,0,0,3 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place scui.dll 5,0,0,3 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 scui.dll 5,0,0,3 and press Enter.
