Using the zip or rar file 1.Download sdpck32i.dll
2.Extract sdpck32i.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract sdpck32i.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sdpck32i.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sdpck32i.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sdpck32i.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sdpck32i.dll and press Enter.
