Using the zip or rar file 1.Download sek24res.dll 0.3.1281.0
2.Extract sek24res.dll 0.3.1281.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract sek24res.dll 0.3.1281.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sek24res.dll 0.3.1281.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sek24res.dll 0.3.1281.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sek24res.dll 0.3.1281.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sek24res.dll 0.3.1281.0 and press Enter.
