Using the zip or rar file 1.Download sek9res.dll 0.3.1281.0
2.Extract sek9res.dll 0.3.1281.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract sek9res.dll 0.3.1281.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sek9res.dll 0.3.1281.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sek9res.dll 0.3.1281.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sek9res.dll 0.3.1281.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sek9res.dll 0.3.1281.0 and press Enter.
