Using the zip or rar file 1.Download sis300iv.dll 5.13.1.1100
2.Extract sis300iv.dll 5.13.1.1100 from .zip. We recommend that you extract sis300iv.dll 5.13.1.1100 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sis300iv.dll 5.13.1.1100.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sis300iv.dll 5.13.1.1100 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sis300iv.dll 5.13.1.1100 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sis300iv.dll 5.13.1.1100 and press Enter.
