Using the zip or rar file
1.Download sisv256.dll 5.12.1.1300
2.Extract sisv256.dll 5.12.1.1300 from .zip. We recommend that you extract sisv256.dll 5.12.1.1300 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sisv256.dll 5.12.1.1300.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sisv256.dll 5.12.1.1300 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sisv256.dll 5.12.1.1300 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sisv256.dll 5.12.1.1300 and press Enter.
