Using the zip or rar file 1.Download skcolres.dll 0.3.1281.0
2.Extract skcolres.dll 0.3.1281.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract skcolres.dll 0.3.1281.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting skcolres.dll 0.3.1281.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract skcolres.dll 0.3.1281.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place skcolres.dll 0.3.1281.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 skcolres.dll 0.3.1281.0 and press Enter.
