Using the zip or rar file 1.Download sm91w.dll 5.1.3505.0
2.Extract sm91w.dll 5.1.3505.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract sm91w.dll 5.1.3505.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sm91w.dll 5.1.3505.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sm91w.dll 5.1.3505.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sm91w.dll 5.1.3505.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sm91w.dll 5.1.3505.0 and press Enter.
