Using the zip or rar file
1.Download sp2res.dll
2.Extract sp2res.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract sp2res.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sp2res.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sp2res.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sp2res.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sp2res.dll and press Enter.
