Using the zip or rar file 1.Download srrstr.dll 5.1.2600.0
2.Extract srrstr.dll 5.1.2600.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract srrstr.dll 5.1.2600.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting srrstr.dll 5.1.2600.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract srrstr.dll 5.1.2600.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place srrstr.dll 5.1.2600.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 srrstr.dll 5.1.2600.0 and press Enter.
