Using the zip or rar file 1.Download star9res.dll 0.3.1281.0
2.Extract star9res.dll 0.3.1281.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract star9res.dll 0.3.1281.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting star9res.dll 0.3.1281.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract star9res.dll 0.3.1281.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place star9res.dll 0.3.1281.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 star9res.dll 0.3.1281.0 and press Enter.
