Using the zip or rar file 1.Download stlnprop.dll 5.6.4.0
2.Extract stlnprop.dll 5.6.4.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract stlnprop.dll 5.6.4.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting stlnprop.dll 5.6.4.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract stlnprop.dll 5.6.4.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place stlnprop.dll 5.6.4.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 stlnprop.dll 5.6.4.0 and press Enter.
